I'M BACK

Salutations, zero followers. I have an apology to make. I deleted my blog, and I'm sorry, but now I'm un-deleting it so I hope you guys aren't too angry with me. The truth is, my blog started getting viewed by people I know and being my pathetic self, I got scared. I promise I won't delete my blog again, even if I am petrified of people I know reading it. In other news, I have made a few changes to the design and also how I run it, but more on that later. Thank you for understanding.

Sir Ernest Macmillan 5K Challenge

Hello zero followers (and Amira)!!! Today you will never guess what I did. I FINISHED A 5K CHALLENGE!!!!! For those of you that don't know 5K stands for 5 kilometers. Now, you guys have come to know me as a bookworm... which is why I am so proud that I finished. Mind you, I did not do well at all. I don't even know what I placed and I think my time was about 39 mins. They had stopped recording times by the time I finished. Nevertheless, I am proud of my achievement (ha I probably made it sound like I won).

Now, on the other hand my friend Amira did very very very very well, even if she said in her post that she didn't. Her time was 24:45!!!!! That is amazing, she should be so proud. Like she said she is still young, and I can't even imagine how good she'll do when she gets older. Amira and I have two really awesome friends and for blogging purposes I am going to call them AA and NA (their initials). Both AA and NA ran the 5K. NA and I finished the race together, after I caught up to her. Catching up to her was not easy, I could see her in front of me and every time I ran to catch up with her she sped up. Then, when I slowed down, so did she. This went on for a very long time, until finally I caught up to her and we decided to finish the race together. All in all, doing the 5K run was actually fun (i know, i know that rhymed). But really if you're like me (not athletic at all) and you are ever offered the opportunity to try to run 5K, you should take it. Think of it this way, if I, the bookworm, can do it, then so can you.
